The long version

FROM A HOSPITAL IN BANGLADESH TO $7M IN ORDERS

I was supposed to be a doctor. Instead I became the guy who scaled a store to $82,000 in a single day from a bedroom in Mymensingh, Bangladesh. This is how that happened.

The hospital and the laptop

In 2020 I was a medical student at Mymensingh Medical College, doing my rounds by day and teaching myself Shopify by night. Medicine gave me one thing that turned out to be worth more than the degree: the discipline to follow a protocol exactly, even when I was exhausted, because in a hospital sloppiness costs lives. I later pointed that same discipline at business, where the stakes are lower, it is only money, and discovered I could move faster than people who had been doing it for years.

I had no mentor, no funding, and no plan B. What I had was a laptop, a hospital schedule, and an obsession with figuring out how strangers on the internet decide to buy things.

750 stores before I sold a single product

Before I ever ran my own brand, I built other people's. I opened a Fiverr account in March 2020 with zero reviews and took every order I could get, treating $5 gigs like six-figure contracts. Twenty-one months later I had shipped more than 750 Shopify stores for clients across 50-plus countries and earned Fiverr's Level 2 Seller badge. People think that was a detour. It was the best paid education in buyer psychology I could have asked for. I saw what converted and what died across hundreds of niches, on someone else's dime.

Merchwheels

In August 2022 I stopped building other people's dreams and bet everything on mine. I started my own e-commerce journey with modest capital and formed Merchwheels LLC in June 2023. The early growth was unglamorous: Instagram influencers and organic Facebook groups, just DMs and reps, no ad budget.

Then in early 2024 I went all-in on paid TikTok ads, and the machine finally clicked. First four-figure day in June 2024. Consistent five-figure months by that September. In November 2024, a single month did $293,000. In 2025 I ran a public zero-to-$50K challenge, hit it in 8 days, tripled it to $170K, collected a $37,824 payout, and earned a Shopify plaque for 10,000-plus orders. By mid-2025 I was posting $50K and then $82K single days on TikTok ads alone. My best month to date did $957,000.

What I actually do now

Today Merchwheels LLC runs a portfolio of brands across the US and Bangladesh, with an EU entity for European reach. Premium fashion, Gen Z apparel, a Bangladeshi plushie label, each with its own funnel and creative engine. I am not a freelancer and I am not available for hire. I own brands, I run the systems, and I hire the people who ship.

The parts of the business that repeat, I automate. Node.js scrapers, intelligence bots, and AI creative pipelines run around the clock on my own servers, feeding every decision with data nobody handed me. What the brands earn, I reinvest into a halal-screened book of US equities and crypto, tracked by AI analyst bots I built. Same rule everywhere: the data decides, feelings sit out.

Why I share it

Most of what I know is written down and given away free in my playbooks and my Discord, the same guides other people gate behind $997 courses. I build in public on X with the receipts to back it up, because I wasted enough time learning from people who gatekept everything, and I decided not to be one of them.

If you want to work together, or you have shipped something worth showing me, get in touch.
